During 7 days of 1 week diet, you lose 4-7 kg (10 – 15 pound, lbs) of excess weight. After two weeks, you can repeat it again.
1 day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without sugar
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 20g low fat cheese

2 day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without sugar
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 apple

3 day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea without sugar
Lunch: 200g curd
Dinner: salad
4 day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 8 prunes
Dinner: 1 boiled egg
5 day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea without sugar
Lunch: 100g garnish of fresh carrots or cabbage
Dinner: 1 boiled egg
6 day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without sugar
Lunch: 2 apples and 1 orange
Dinner: 1 glass of kefir
7 Day:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without sugar
Lunch: 30 g of cheese, orange or apple
Dinner: 2 eggs
I love this diet plan! One thing I change is the coffee. I drink green tea every morning and every afternoon when I need something extra. In the morning I drink plain loose leaf green tea and in the afternoon I drink Vanilla Green Tea ( again loose leaf) which I got a free tea infuser to make the loose leaf tea when I signed up. I think drinking green tea is better than drinking coffee, but I do understand that people can’t live without their coffee!
I can not find out what on earth kefir and curd are can i replace them with anything else??

Hi there, I love the sound of this diet plan and I plan to start it beginning Monday.
However, I do find myself asking why it suggests eating so many eggs? It’s not that I don’t like them, but 10 per week?

Eggs contain many proteins, so they are very nutritious. BUT! You can replace eggs with curd at lunch.

This diet is great if u can stick strictly to it it found it very hard so i only lost 2 kg, but i dont crave sweet things no where near to the extent as i used to!;)

This does seem like an easy diet to follow. I started today but have one problem, I dont know where to buy the kefir and curd. I have to tesco and morrison’s and could not find any. Can you anyone help, I live in London.
Hi, Monica. You can use yogurt instead of kefir. And curd is the same as the quark!

We didn’t mention how much water do we need to drink everyday during this program? I hope it will need minimum 6 glasses of water each day. Also is it mandatory for any physical exercise to reach this goal to lose 7 KGs?
I have a question about the vegetable salad we should eat on the first and third day. What vegetable should the salad consist of and does it matter? And can I add sour cream or salt to the salad?
Oh and how much salad is too much ?
Can you use salt for vegetable salad and salad? What about olive oil?
