Low calorie diet

Low calorie diet to lose weight for 3-4 kg after 7 days. First breakfast: glass of sweet tea or a cup of black coffee. Second Breakfast : 40 g of cheese or 100 g curds. Lunch : 1 hard-boiled egg, 120 grams of meat (boiled or fried on a dry hot pan). Afternoon snack: cup of tea or a cup of black coffee without sugar. Dinner (no later than 7:00 pm): 120 g boiled meat, vegetable salad on vegetable oil. At night: decoction mint. Low calorie diet can be repeated within two weeks.
