Honey and eggs dietOn this Honey and Eggs easy diet you can lose weight about 2-2,5 kg (4,5-5,5 lbs) throw 3 days.

1 Day:
Breakfast: mixer whipped 2 eggs yolks with the addition teaspoon honey, a cup of tea or coffee with lemon.
Lunch: 90 g of cheese, tea or coffee with a tea spoon of honey.
Dinner: 1 cup broth, a piece of black bread, apple, pear or orange.
At night: tea with lemon.

2 Day: Breakfast: mixer whipped 2 eggs yolks with the addition teaspoon honey, coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: eggs with honey, 100 g curd, tea with lemon or coffee.
Dinner: 150 g of fish or meat, a small amount of salad, tea with lemon.

3 Day: Breakfast: eggs with honey, apple, tea with lemon.
Lunch: 50 g of cheese, a piece of black bread (25 grams), salad (200 g).
Dinner: boiled vegetables 300 g, 1 egg, tea with honey (1 teaspoonful).
