Grapefruit dietThis new grapefruit diet is very vitamin. Grapefruit diet to lose weight about 4 kg per week.

Main rule is not to eat after seven at night.

Day 1:
Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice without sugar, two ham pieces weighing 25 grams, coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit and vegetable salad, refilled lemon juice. Helping 250 g. Coffee or tea.
Dinner: Boiled or fried meat (150 g), a green salad with lemon juice (200 g), tea with a spoon of honey.

Day 2:
Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice, 2 eggs (not grilled), tea, coffee without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit, 50 g of cheese (preferably 20 to 30% fat) can be replaced by 150 g or lean curd.

Day 3:

Day 4:

Lunch: grapefruit and large salad of carrots or green vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, celery, lettuce, broccoli, etc.) with refilled 1 teaspoon lemon juice and as much olive oil, a piece of bread or toast.
Dinner: boiled or stewed vegetables – cabbage, beets, carrots, celery, except potatoes and maize (no more than 400 g). Tea.
At night: a glass of grapefruit juice or fresh grapefruit.

Day 5:
Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: Baked large potatoes with a salad of cabbage or any green vegetables (200 g).
Dinner: beef steak (200 g) or chicken (250 grams) or fish (250 g). Baked tomatoes or tomato juice.
At night: a glass of grapefruit juice or fresh grapefruit. 6 and 7 day can select any of the above.

Every day when a strong sense of hunger can be added between the main meals on a glass of kefir, apples or oranges, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Tea is optimal only green and green with lemon. Coffee only espresso. At night, you can afford to eat only grapefruit! Food intake more than 5 hours after each meal. Spices (but the red pepper), salt, sauces are prohibited – this inhibits diet.
