Family Diet

Family DietThis Family diet is useful for all family members.

Breakfast: coffee or tea with milk and sugar, a piece of white bread (a small bun), 2 lightly-boiled eggs, a piece of cheese or ham, a spoon of honey.

Lunch: small dish soup without mayonnaise, cooked meat (150 grams), 2 potatoes, salad with olive oil, 200 grams of fruit, 2 small biscuits, coffee or tea with sugar.

Dinner: a piece boiled meat or sausage, vegetable salad with a small amount of mayonnaise, 1 piece of black bread. In between meals can drink vegetable juice.
