Eastern diet

Eastern DietThe food intake is strictly regulated by time and number.

Eastern diet should continue to 10 days. Any drinking is not limited.

8:00 a.m. - 1 cup of tea, a piece of sugar.

11:00 a.m. - 1 hard-boiled egg, 8 berries prunes.

2:00 p.m. - 200 g boiled meat, 100 g garnish (cabbage and carrots), 1 orange or 1 apple.

5:00 p.m. - 30 g of cheese, 1 apple or 1 orange.

8:00 p.m. – 1 glass of curdled milk or kefir.

After 10 days to go to four meals a day, but there is little, going from the table a little hungry. Be avoid sweet, flour, salty, oily (black bread a day, no more than 100-150 g).
