Curd Diet (Curd, Kefir and Milk diet)

Curd dietCurd diet used in obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis and hypertension with obesity, circulatory failure, liver disease, and biliary tract.

You need to eat 100 grams 9% fat curd or lean curd 5 times a day and drink 2 cups of green tea, 1 cup of hips decoction, 2 glasses of kefir (altogether 1 litre).

Alternative diet is curd and kefir diet (dairy): 60 g fat curd and 1 cup kefir (milk) 5 times a day, altogether 300 grams curd and 1 litre kefir (milk) a day.
