Curd Diet (Curd, Kefir and Milk diet)

You need to eat 100 grams 9% fat curd or lean curd 5 times a day and drink 2 cups of green tea, 1 cup of hips decoction, 2 glasses of kefir (altogether 1 litre). Alternative diet is curd and kefir diet (dairy): 60 g fat curd and 1 cup kefir (milk) 5 times a day, altogether 300 grams curd and 1 litre kefir (milk) a day.
