4 Day Wonder Diet plan

4 Day Wonder Diet plan4 Day Wonder Diet plan is a diet for 4 days. This 4 Day Wonder Diet to lose weight up to 2 kg (5 pounds). All products to divide into 3-4 meals. Eat without salt!

Diet is not hungry.

1st Day: 400g boiled meat and 300g vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, greens) with sour cream

2nd Day: 2 boiled eggs, 50 g. low fat cheese, 400g fruit

3rd Day: 400ml low fat broth of beef, 200g dried fruits

4th Day: 400g curd, 3 boiled potatoes, 400 g fruit (grapefruit, apple, pineapple or orange), 1 tomato and greens.

Sugar – 15 g;
Bakery – 150 g;
Cereals and macaroni – 40 g;
Potatoes – 150 g;
Vegetables – 200 g;
Fruit or berries – 250 g;
Milk – 500 g, Meat – 100 g;
Eggs – 2 pcs.;
Fish – 120 g;

1 day:
1st breakfast: Boiled fish (100 g), salad (150 g): cabbage, green peas and boiled carrots, cup of black coffee without sugar.
2nd breakfast: Boiled meat (150 g), low fat curd (100 g), 2 apples.
Lunch: Soup with any vegetable, 150 g stewed cabbage and carrots, a glass of apple juice.
Dinner: Boiled fish (100 g), 2 boiled potatoes, a cup of green tea without sugar.

2 day:
1st breakfast: Salad (200 g): cabbage, green peas, onions with oil, a cup of black coffee.
2nd breakfast: 1 glass of kefir.
Lunch: beef Stroganoff with boiled carrots (100 g), a cup of apple juice.
Dinner: boiled fish (100 g), 2 boiled potatoes, 1 orange.

3 day:
1st breakfast: 1 soft-boiled egg, toast, a cup of black coffee.
2nd breakfast: Buckwheat with pieces of fruit (100 g)
Lunch: grilled low fat meat (150 g), 2 apples, and 1 orange.
Dinner: vinaigrette without pepper (175kg), a glass of apple juice.

4 day:
1st breakfast: 1 glass of kefir, bread.
2nd breakfast: Salad of raw vegetables and vegetable oils. Lunch:
Boiled meat (100 g), salad (150 g) of cabbage, green peas and boiled carrots cup of black coffee without sugar.
Dinner: plate of vegetable soup, grinded fresh carrots (100 g) with few mayonnaise.

5 day:
1st breakfast: Low fat curd, a cup of black coffee without sugar.
2nd breakfast: 2 apples, 2 oranges, 1 glass of orange juice.
Lunch: dietetic sausage, fresh cabbage with lemon juice (150 g), 1 glass of orange juice.
Dinner: fried low fat fish (150 g), red currants (100 g), gooseberries (100 g), a cup of mineral water.

6 day:
1st breakfast: Boiled meat (100 g), 100 g sour cabbage.
2nd breakfast: 100 g low fat curd.
Lunch: dish of vegetable soup or mushroom broth, a small piece of black bread.
Dinner: a piece of low fat pork, salad (100 g) of grinded boiled beet with prunes, a cup of green tea without sugar.

7 day:
1st breakfast: Buckwheat with honey (100 g).
2nd breakfast: 150 g of any fruit salad.
Lunch: Boiled fish (100 g), salad (150 g) of any raw vegetables, with olive oils.
Dinner: boiled meat (100 g), 2 boiled potatoes, apple, 1 glass of apple juice.
