Approximate quantities of products for one day (no more than 1,500 calories a day):

Carbohydrate (Carb) – 215 g;
Protein – 60 g;
Fat – 45 g;
Sugar – 15 g;
Bakery – 150 g;
Cereals and macaroni – 40 g;
Potatoes – 150 g;
Vegetables – 200 g;
Fruit or berries – 250 g;
Milk – 500 g, Meat – 100 g;
Eggs – 2 pcs.;
Fish – 120 g;

Meat Diet (beef, ham, sausage, pork)You can take the Meat diet no more than 10 days. Do not Violate rules

DO NOT EAT
Bread and flour products
Cereals Sugar and sweetener Fruit (apple, peach, pineapple, grapefruit, etc)
Milk
Carrots
Corn
Potatoes
Alcohol
Various sweet drinks.

CAN EAT
Any meat (beef, ham, sausage, pork, etc.)
Fish
Eggs
All vegetables (except carrots, corn, potatoes)

RULES: Add lemon juice or olive oil in salad. Fry at heat olive oil only. You can drink after 30 minutes after eating only. Do not eat after 8 p.m.. Eat at least 5 times in a day.
