3 Day: Breakfast: 2 eggs; Lunch: 100 grams of beef, spinach.

4 Day: Breakfast: 1 egg; Lunch: boiled fish; Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 cup of coffee.

5 Day: Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee; Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 tomato; Dinner: fish, vegetables.

6 Day: Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee; Lunch: boiled beef, cucumber; Dinner:100 g veal, coffee.

7 Day: Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, eggs; Lunch: chicken, vegetables; Dinner: chicken, vegetables, apple, coffee.

8th-14th days repeat 1st – 7th Days.
