Sugar – 15 g;
Bakery – 150 g;
Cereals and macaroni – 40 g;
Potatoes – 150 g;
Vegetables – 200 g;
Fruit or berries – 250 g;
Milk – 500 g, Meat – 100 g;
Eggs – 2 pcs.;
Fish – 120 g;
